How To Repair Denim

April 12, 2010 by Sarah J. Doyle 1 Comment

Denim is one of the most favored fabrics to use, not only in jeans, but in skirts, jackets, children’s garments, purses, gym bags and much more.  As with everything though, eventually it tears, has a rip or a worn spot.  What can you do?  If it’s your favorite thing in the world, you certainly won’t want to just toss it out.

Nancy Minsky at 21CenturyDressmakers.blogspot has some great advice, hints and tips about caring for and repairing denim.

What does this pile of bits and pieces of various colored denims mean to you?  To me it means “keep every piece of denim you come across because you never know when you’ll have a need for it!”

Once again, be sure to check out the super information that Nancy Minsky shares about successfully mending denim on her 21CenturyDressmakers blogspot.  This could be some very valuable information for you and for your business!
