How To Make A Reusable Sandwich Bag

September 19, 2009 by Sarah J. Doyle 1 Comment

Now that school has started, you are probably seeing how many sandwich zip lock bags you’re going through!  YIKES!  A box of those little bags don’t seem to last very long!

Well, I’d like to say a big THANK YOU to The Instructables website for giving a great tutorial for making a reusable sandwich wrap.  Send sandwiches to school with the kids, wash the wrap and use it again the next day.  Check this out:

Now how cool is that????  Make it out of colorful fabrics, iron on vinyl and some velcro, and you have a sandwich wrap that also folds out into a small placemat for placing the food while you eat.

Thanks again Sarah James from “The Instructables” for passing along this great sewing project.
