    Hi,

Does every single material and fabric I used for the contest has to be from Joann’s Fabrics? Can the lining and tulle , which is going to be inside of the dress be bought at a different local fabric store?

  2. I just checked the official rules and they say that you must include a “Scanned image of Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store or Joann.com® receipt(s) showing proof of purchase of fabrics and other materials used to construct garment and accessory, with those items circled.” I’m going to assume that means you must purchase all of the materials used at JoAnn’s. Hope that helps!

I have some ribbons I already bought before the contest and I used it on the dress, is that ok? Because I read from the blog a long time ago that only the main materials must be purchased from Joann’s Fabrics.
