Father’s Day Projects To Make
Father’s day is just a week away, and there’s still time to make something for your dad — your favorite uncle, your Grandpa, and father-in-law.
One of the cutest things I’ve seen is the “Father’s Day Photo Coffee Sleeve”, that is brought to us by Leigh Ann at The Object Project — she has so many cool things, but this photo coffee sleeve is timed perfectly for father’s day.
The tutorial is very clearly written, so you’ll have time to make several this week to give as gifts.
Another idea that we used to do as a kid was to make a “coupon” book for our dad. This is a very simple booklet made up of several sheets of paper, or you can cut regular paper into thirds, staple them together on one side, and insert all the “goodies” for dad. All you mothers can help make the coupon books for your children to give.
Pages can consist of things like
**I’ll help you rake the leaves
**Wash the car
**Take out the trash
**I’ll fix your tv snack while you watch football
You can think of other things that would be special for dad that can be included in the coupon book.
Just don’t forget Dad on Father’s Day!
